Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking:

• Your deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and planning already undertaken.

• If you cancel after additional work has begun, further fees may apply depending on the amount of work completed.

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to help you find another planner or issue a fair refund for any unused services.
