Our Services

We offer wedding planning and coordination services to help you design and manage your perfect day.
Every couple and every wedding is unique, so our services are always tailored to your individual needs.

What’s included in your package will be clearly listed in your personal quote or contract.

Booking and Payments

To secure your wedding date and our services:

A deposit (amount agreed upon in your quote or contract) is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due on or before the agreed final payment date.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or another method we agree on in writing.

If payment is not received on time, we may pause work or cancel your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking:

Your deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and planning already undertaken.
If you cancel after additional work has begun, further fees may apply depending on the amount of work completed.

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to help you find another planner or issue a fair refund for any unused services.

Working with Vendors

We work closely with trusted wedding vendors such as venues, florists, photographers, and caterers.
While we recommend and coordinate these vendors, each of them is an independent business responsible for their own services and contracts.

We’ll handle communication and coordination on your behalf, but we can’t be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors.

Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your wedding plans, preferences, and budget
Respond to emails or calls within a reasonable time
Pay invoices by the agreed dates

You’re responsible for reviewing all vendor contracts before signing them and making sure they meet your expectations.

Our Responsibilities

We promise to:

Provide our services with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and promptly
Keep your personal information safe and only share it when necessary for your event

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, illness, or venue issues.

Changes to Your Event

If your wedding date, venue, or major details change, please let us know as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to adjust our services and vendor arrangements to suit your new plans, but extra fees may apply if changes require more time or travel.

Limitation of Liability

While we’ll always do everything possible to make your day perfect, Opal Dream Weddings cannot be held responsible for:

Loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties
Circumstances beyond our control
Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
